During the week-end we were hosting two boys from my son's volleyball team. They took the ferry from Powell River to Comox and spent the night home. The next day they were going to Nanaimo for a playday. I thought that the boys would be hungry when they get out of the ferry. So I decided to prepare my sons all-time favorite Chocolate Chips Muffins. It was a success. One of the boys ate three in a row and two for breakfast the next day.
