Spaghetti Sauce - Sauce à spaghetti

Hélène's Spaghetti Sauce

I am still around. I have been busy the past weeks. I tried many different spaghetti sauces recipes and finally came up with a recipe of my own. This is really good and my family enjoys it. I will share the recipe when I come back from my vacation. Tomorrow I'm flying for a week in Las Vegas. Can't wait to go. I already booked couple shows: Love & Criss Angel. This will be my first time in Vegas. I also want to try some good restaurants. Suggestions are welcome.

Recipe:
(I will post the recipe after my vacation)

Yay! You'll see LOVE! I can't think of a better way to spend the evening. Have a great vacation!

I'd recommend a few more than Lenotre, but a walk down the lobbies of Wynn, Venezia, Caesar's Palace, and MGM Grand should offer a wide variety of amazing restaurants.

The sauce looks so thick and rich, I love it!

Thanks for the award! I am headed to Vegas next month. Last time we were there we ate at Mesa Grill, Bouchon, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and B&B Ristorante. All of the restaurants were great. I'm still working on choosing restaurants for next month, but Daniel Boulud is definitely on the list.
