Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies

I finally started baking again with the help of my son Maxime. We made those delicious Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies. They did not last long in the house. I love the addition of oatmeal, it makes the cookie crunchy. For a variation you can add chocolate chips to the mix. I will have to make another batch soon.

Peanut butter cookies are some of the best cookies, IMO and adding oatmeal seems like a great way to give the cookies some more crunch. I could see why they didn't last long!
