This is a nice treat to serve guests at the end of a meal. This speciality coffee is made with freshly brewed coffee, Baileys and have fun topping it with whipped cream. Before serving garnish this Baileys Irish Coffee with chocolate shavings.
Did you know that Irish coffee was invented by Limerick chef Joseph Sheridan in 1942? It was to welcome Americans visiting Ireland. Not a bad way to start your visit in that country, especially on a cold winter night. Sheridan added whiskey to the coffee, I prefer to use Baileys.
