Some people call this dessert Molten Chocolate Cakes, others Lava Cakes. The name is not that important to me, what is important is that it taste good. And it does! I have baked these Molten Chocolate Cakes a couple times in the past month. That's how good they are. What's more to say; they are rich, fudgy, chocolatey. The outside is cakey and the inside is perfectly moist. All I can say is make them and enjoy this sinfully good treat. Before serving you can top the cakes with whipped cream.
There are many occasions to bake this dessert and it would be so good for Valentine Day!If you are celebrating Family Day, that could be the dessert that you will be baking for your family. I will make it again and this time serve it with vanilla ice cream. Another dessert that we like a lot in my family, during the cold winter month is a Chocolate Fondue. Bananas and strawberries are our favorite fruits to dip into the fondue.
